Cerda-Zein Real Estate (CZRE) is a professional management team. We pride ourselves by looking after your property as if it were our own. We keep clients happy. We are responsive.
When you sign up with us, you are working directly with the owner of the company.
We cannot emphasize enough, you have access to the owner of the company during and after business hours (in management, what are business hours, anyway?). You will be happy, and your residents will be too!

Like selling, to maximize your rent, we will need to maximize your exposure. In the first step, we assess your property and determine if we need to set up a consultation with painters, contractors, stagers, color consultants, etc. We then market your property by posting photos on the web on various real estate outlets and spreading the word to our current list of residents looking to rent. Next, expose, expose, expose, qualify, negotiate, and rent out your home to "Grade A" residents.
