Jose Cerda-Zein

Jose Cerda-Zein is an Alameda native and completed his primary education within the Alameda Unified School District.  After graduating from Alameda High School, Jose went on to attend San Diego State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.  Jose returned to Alameda to pursue a family career in real estate and began his career in the field with a local real estate brokerage where he gained the knowledge and expertise to eventually move on to open his own real estate brokerage company.  Within his own brokerage, Jose’s mission is to offer his clients a unique experience that encompasses the feeling of a family office coupled with the intellectual prowess and experience of a large brokerage that allows him to get the best possible outcome for both buyers and sellers alike.  Jose celebrates the success of his company with his wife, Nancy, who works with him as his business partner and is a key element in the success of the company.   Since the incorporation of Cerda-Zein Real Estate it has transformed into a full service brokerage that includes not only buyer and seller representation but also property leasing and property management.  Cerda-Zein Real Estate has a significant portfolio of buyer and seller transactions as well as a vast amount of experience with managing and leasing properties.  Jose offers a personal and professional service that is second to none and he strives to make each transaction as seamless as possible.
