Kim Evans is a fourth generation Alamedan and went through the Alameda public school system. After graduating from Alameda High School, Kim relocated to Los Angeles in order to attend the University of Southern California (USC) where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Kim went on to receive her Juris Doctorate degree from the USC School of Law in 2003 and began her legal career in Los Angeles, practicing in the areas of estate planning, real estate and transactional corporate law. After several years of practicing law in Los Angeles, Kim earned her license as a broker and returned to her roots in Alameda to practice in the area of mergers and acquisitions, assisting her clients with buying and selling companies. In 2009 Kim opened her own legal practice in Alameda where she worked with clients on their estate planning and various transactional needs. Kim has always held a great interest in real estate and in 2014 made the decision to attain a sales license and join Cerda-Zein Real Estate. Having grown up, operated a business, and been in involved with several organizations in Alameda, Kim has a great deal of knowledge about the island and its unique nature and looks forward to working with home buyers and sellers around the Bay Area to achieve their goals.
